A competitive NPC Wellness athlete and Certified Breathwork Facilitator, she brings firsthand expertise in resistance training, nutrition, body composition, recovery, hormone health, and nervous system regulation — disciplines she has lived, not just studied.
Her professional background spans regional and territory sales leadership at nationally recognized companies, where she built a reputation for translating complex information into actionable client strategies, mentoring high-performing teams, and managing hundreds of long-term relationships. She has earned multiple industry recognition awards including President's Club, San Diego Sales Rep of the Year, and West Area Sales Rep of the Year.
