Who issues the certificates?
ISSA issues its certifications. Spa Team International does not issue or fulfill ISSA certifications.
Where do I pay?
Enrollment and payment take place on ISSA's website, not on the STI website. Ask us for current enrollment information.
What is STI's role?
STI helps spa and hospitality professionals discover professional education and submit inquiries. STI does not host or deliver ISSA courses.
Are Spanish-language courses listed?
The catalog includes Spanish-language versions of Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Strength and Conditioning, and Menopause Coach Certification. Confirm current availability with ISSA.
How do I arrange team training?
Submit a team-training inquiry with your property, staff count, languages and courses of interest. STI will review your request.
