Hot and Cold - the convenience of both

Take pain relief to the next level! Lyfpak hot/cold wraps are flexible, gel-covered with 4-way stretch material to allow maximum conformity, heat transfer and comfort. Use hot or cold; retains temperature for 15-20 minutes. Made from flexible latex free Gel. Velcro closure for easy positioning. May be heated and/or cooled repeatedly. Stays soft and flexible. Heat in the microwave. Cool in freezer.

Cold Therapy

Cold therapy is for the first 48 hours after an injury to slow blood flow and thus reduce swelling; cool down a temperature, ease headaches and toothaches or relieve minor burns.

Hot Therapy

Hot therapy is used after swelling has dissipated to promote healing from increased blood flow. It can also relax muscles and help ease pain - sinus pain, menstrual cramps, aching muscles, joints and/or nagging pack pain.

Comfortable plush fabric sleeves are available for all five LyfPaks.

LyfPak sleeves are washable, frost free and gentle to the skin.
